I. Overview
12-type box-type fixed AC metal-enclosed ring network switchgear (referred to as ring network cabinet) is suitable for power distribution systems such as industrial and mining enterprises, residential areas, high-rise buildings and school parks. It is an AC high-voltage complete set of equipment with a rated voltage of 12kV and a rated frequency of 50HZ. It is mainly used for three-phase AC ring network, terminal distribution network and industrial power equipment. It plays the role of protection of distribution equipment, distribution and control of electric energy in the power system, and has a complete “five-protection” locking function. It is also suitable for installation in box-type substations.
This product complies with the requirements of GB3906 “3~35kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear”, GB/T11022 “Common Technical Requirements for High-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Standards”, IEC60298 “AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment with Rated Voltages Above 1KV and 52KV and Below”, and IEC60694 “Common Provisions for High-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment” standards.
- Use conditions
- The upper limit of ambient air temperature: +40℃, the lower limit: -25℃, the daily average temperature does not exceed 35℃;
- The altitude does not exceed 1000 meters;
- The daily average relative humidity is not more than 95%, and the monthly average is not more than 90%;
- The earthquake intensity does not exceed 8 levels;
- The daily average water vapor pressure does not exceed 2.2Kpa, and the monthly average does not exceed 1.8kpa;
- There is no fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.

IV. Structural features
■ Fully assembled structure, light and beautiful, can be installed in any combination, convenient for unlimited expansion and extension.
■ It can be equipped with 12-type compressed air load switch, combination electrical appliances, or 12-type vacuum load switch, combination electrical appliances.
■ Small size, maintenance-free, three-phase linkage structure, with obvious isolation fracture.
■ Load switch and combination electrical appliances are flexible to install, can be installed on the left or right side, upright, or inverted (25 cannot be inverted).
■ It can be operated manually and electrically, and can have remote control function.
■ It is equipped with complete and reliable mechanical linkage and interlocking devices, which fully achieve the “five protection” function.
a. When the load switch is closed, the grounding switch cannot be closed and the front door cannot be opened;
b. When the load switch is open, the grounding switch can be closed, and when the grounding switch is closed, the front door can be opened;
c. When the grounding switch is closed, the load switch cannot be closed, and the front door can be opened;
d. When the grounding switch is open, the load switch can be open and closed, and the front door cannot be opened;
e. When the cable is connected to the lower line, when the incoming line is energized, the electromagnetic lock controls the front door so that it cannot be opened regardless of whether the load switch is in the closed or open position. (Except for emergency unlocking with a special key)
■The load switch adopts a linkage protection insulating valve or a transparent insulating cover to shield the live contacts to ensure personal safety.
■Adopts front operation and maintenance, and can be installed against the wall.
■The front door is equipped with an observation window to clearly observe the working conditions of the components in the cabinet.
