The 15-12 sulfur hexafluoride high-voltage ring main unit provides a long-term technical solution for various application sites. The equipment is safe, convenient and compact in size. The equipment is used for 12kV ring network power supply, dual-radiation power supply system, and can also be used for terminal power supply as a control and protection device for electric energy. The equipment is also suitable for installation in box-type substations.
The 15-12 sulfur hexafluoride high-voltage ring main unit is a compact and expandable switchgear suitable for distribution automation systems. The use of sensor technology and the latest protection relays enables the switchgear to be competent even in hospitals and airports with demanding operating requirements.
This switch meets the requirements of IEC420-1990, GB3906 and other standards, and has the interlocking function of preventing the load switch from closing, preventing the load switch from closing when the grounding switch is in the closed position, and the lower door.
II. Design Description

The switch cabinet can be divided into single unit, single unit double bushing outlet, two unit, three unit, four unit, five unit standard type and with side incoming bushing type. The main circuit of the load switch is sealed in an insulating shell made of epoxy resin cast by APG process. This insulating shell has good insulation performance, simple structure, easy installation, safety and reliability. Each unit has an independent interval, top busbar connection, and multiple units can be connected in parallel.

- Cable branch box load switch unit
This load switch is specially developed and designed for the cable branch box. It can be divided into single bushing left side incoming line and single bushing right side outgoing line. The main circuit of the load switch is sealed in an insulating shell made of epoxy resin cast by APG process. The outgoing line circuit can be divided into four circuits at most. Therefore, the structure is relatively simplified, easy to install and safer; making the single switch cable branch box smaller in size, more convenient to install, and more reliable SF6 load switch.

- Load switch fuse combination electrical unit
The combination electrical unit is used to protect transformers with a capacity of 1250KVA and below. This unit is a load switch ring network cabinet equipped with a fuse. When the grounding switch is closed, the lower side of the fuse is grounded at the same time, and the upper side of the fuse is safely isolated from the power supply to ensure the safety of personnel when replacing the fuse. In order to prevent the electrical equipment from running in a phase-missing manner after the fuse is blown in one phase, a tripping linkage mechanism is configured in this unit. When the tripping observation window displays red, it means that the tripping device is actuated or the fuse is blown and tripped. This unit can be combined with other units to realize ring network power supply. Standard configuration

- Vacuum circuit breaker unit
Spring-type vacuum circuit breaker: mechanical life can reach 10,000 times; (fast protection action, opening time is not more than 30ms), easy to achieve differential coordination. Upper and lower isolating switches can be configured. The vacuum circuit breaker and the disconnector are mechanically interlocked, providing visible disconnection and flexible matching. The entire system is air-insulated.
