1A (F) (Z) -12 fixed AC metal-enclosed switchgear is suitable for 3.6~12KV three-phase AC 50HZ single busbar and single busbar with bypass power systems as a distribution device for receiving and distributing electric energy. The cabinet is equipped with a vacuum circuit breaker or a combination of a vacuum circuit breaker and an operating mechanism. The cabinet has the characteristics of strong arc extinguishing ability, simple structure, convenient operation, reliable performance, convenient maintenance, reliable operation, etc. The main circuit scheme is complete and can meet the needs of various power supply and distribution systems.
This product complies with GB3906 “3~35kV AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear”, GB/T11022 “Common Technical Requirements for High-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Standards”, IEC60298 “Rated Voltage 1KV Above 52KV and Below AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment”, IEC60694 “Common Terms for High-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment” and other standards.

- There is no fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration.

- Structural features
The switch cabinet adopts a frame-type metal enclosed structure, and the cabinet frame is welded by angle steel. The circuit breaker cabinet has a door and an operating panel in front, and there are protective panels on both sides to separate it from the adjacent cabinet. The primary and secondary electrical components are each system and isolated from each other. The middle partition divides the cabinet into upper and lower parts. The upper part is the circuit breaker room, the lower part is the isolating switch and cable room, and the current transformer is installed on the middle partition. The upper right is the main door of the circuit breaker room, and the lower part is the door of the isolating switch and cable room. The opening and closing of each door are interlocked. The upper left corner of the front is the relay room with a door, on which are installed monitoring instruments, signal lights and other secondary components such as control protection. Below the relay room is the terminal room and operation panel. The small door in the lower left corner is equipped with a closing contactor and a fuse. The top of the cabinet is separated from the circuit breaker room by a partition, and the isolating switch and the main busbar are installed on the partition.
The control switch with a lock and the “red and green card” are used to prevent the wrong direction and the circuit breaker from being opened or closed by mistake. The red and green cards are installed on the analog circuit boards corresponding to the control room and each cabinet, and the control switch is on the panel of the low-voltage room of the switch cabinet.
Bypass operation and interlocking between cabinets, mechanical interlocking is used to prevent the disconnection and closing of the isolating switch with load, and to ensure the procedurality between the isolating switch and the circuit breaker.
Interlocking mechanism and program lock are used to prevent accidental entry into live intervals.
Switch cabinets are divided into two types according to the grounding method: “general locking scheme” and “simple locking scheme”. The “general locking scheme” uses a grounding switch as the line grounding protection. The grounding switch is installed on the inlet and outlet disconnector of the switch equipment to ensure safe and reliable grounding. The “simple locking scheme” uses a GN19-10 disconnector, and its grounding uses a grounding pile with an anti-mistake function as the line grounding protection. When the user shuts down for maintenance, the grounding wire can be hung on the end of the grounding pile.

Switch equipment is divided into cable inlet and outlet and overhead inlet and outlet. The overhead inlet and outlet scheme consists of a main cabinet and an auxiliary cabinet. The top of the main cabinet is the main busbar and busbar side disconnector, the middle is equipped with a positive air circuit breaker, and the outlet side disconnector of the overhead inlet and outlet scheme is installed in the auxiliary cabinet. The cable side disconnector is installed at the bottom of the switch equipment. The upper front part of the switch equipment is a low-voltage room, and the control protection and measurement units are installed in this room or on the panel. The left operating panel on the front of the switchgear is equipped with the isolating switch operating mechanism and the circuit breaker, upper and lower doors and other interlocking devices. For the bypass busbar system, the bypass isolating switch is installed in the attached cabinet, and its operating mechanism is installed behind the cabinet.
