    40.5 box-type fixed AC metal-enclosed switchgear is an indoor complete set of power distribution equipment for three-phase AC single busbar and single busbar with bypass system. It is suitable for three-phase AC rated voltage 40.5KV, rated frequency 50Hz power system, used to receive and distribute electric energy and control, protect and monitor circuits. In addition to being widely used in general power systems, it is also used in places with frequent operations.
    This product can be equipped with high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers such as ZN12-40.5 and ZN85-40.5, and LN-40.5 sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers. It has the characteristics of reasonable structural design, convenient maintenance, safe and reliable operation, frequent operation, etc. It also has a complete anti-misoperation locking device, safe and reliable. The primary wiring scheme is complete, and it can provide satisfactory power distribution schemes for various different use occasions and different user needs.
    This product meets the requirements of GB3906, IEC298 and other standards.

  9. Structural features:

40.5 box-type metal enclosed switchgear is a frame structure with air insulation. It is divided into main busbar room, bypass busbar room, front cabinet and rear cabinet. The rooms are connected by bolts. The front cabinet has a front door, an operating panel, a right small door, and an instrument room door; the front and rear doors of the cabinet are equipped with observation windows and lighting to observe the operation of the main components in the cabinet; there is a protective plate on the right to separate it from the adjacent cabinet, and the primary and secondary components form a system and are isolated from each other.
In the middle of the front of the front cabinet is the main door of the circuit breaker, called the front door, which is equipped with a circuit breaker energy storage hole and an emergency opening and closing button hole; there are covers on the holes, and there are mechanical locking devices between the front door and the upper and lower isolators, and between the circuit breaker and the isolating switch. On the left side of the front of the front cabinet is the operation panel, on which is installed the isolating switch operating mechanism, and on the right side is the small inspection door, on which is installed a program lock, and there is a program locking device between the upper and lower isolating switches and the rear door.

The bypass isolating switch operating handle is installed on the right side of the rear cabinet, and there is a program locking device with the special bypass cabinet.

The main busbar is installed in the main busbar room at the top of the front cabinet, and the bypass busbar is installed in the bypass busbar room at the top of the rear cabinet.

The protection level is IP2X, which can effectively prevent foreign objects from entering the cabinet to cause short-circuit faults, and prevent the human body from approaching the live body to ensure the safety of the equipment and operating personnel.
