  1. Overview
    40.5 trolley-type high-voltage switchgear is an indoor complete set of power distribution equipment, suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz single busbar system, used to receive and distribute 35KV network power. Low-oil circuit breaker or vacuum circuit breaker can be selected.
    This product complies with GB3906 “3~35kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear”, GB/T11022 “Common Technical Requirements for High-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Standards”, IEC60298 “Rated Voltage 1KV Above 52KV and Below AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment”, IEC60694 “Common Terms for High-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment” and other standards.
  2. Conditions of use
  3. Upper limit of ambient air temperature: +40℃, lower limit: -10℃, daily average temperature does not exceed 35℃;
  4. Altitude does not exceed 1000 meters;
  5. Daily average relative humidity does not exceed 95%, monthly average does not exceed 90%;
  6. Earthquake intensity does not exceed 8 levels;
  7. Daily average water vapor pressure does not exceed 2.2Kpa, monthly average does not exceed 1.8kpa;
  8. Places without fire, explosion hazard, severe pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
    Note: When the above normal use conditions are exceeded, the user can negotiate with our company to resolve.
  9. Model and meaning
  10. Main features:

The product consists of two parts: the cabinet and the trolley. The front of the cabinet, the cabinets and the terminals on both sides of the cabinet are protected by steel doors or metal sealing plates. The back of the cabinet is generally blocked by steel mesh, but the lower back of the transformer cabinet and the busbar cabinet are encapsulated with steel plates to ensure safety;

The live parts of the product are mainly insulated by air. The insulation distance between each live part and between phase and ground is not less than 300mm. Only individual parts of individual cabinets are set when the phase-to-phase distance is insufficient;

The bottom of the trolley room is a trolley track. A positioning mechanism plate for pushing and pulling the trolley is welded on the inner side of the track: a grounding contact piece is welded on the outer side of the track (the trolley is grounded through the cabinet body through this contact piece). There is an insulating partition between this room and the upper and lower isolation contacts, and a metal partition between this room and the main busbar on the top of the cabinet;

To ensure the correctness of the operating procedure, this type of switch cabinet is equipped with mechanical or electrical interlocking;

According to the purpose, the trolley is divided into six types: circuit breaker, three-phase and single-phase voltage transformer, lightning arrester, isolation, and transformer used. All kinds of trolleys have identification devices to ensure that the same type of trolleys can be interchanged, and different types of trolleys cannot be interchanged.
