I. Overview
61-40.5 armored removable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is suitable for three-phase AC rated voltage 40.5kV, rated frequency 50Hz power system, mainly used in power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises. It is used to receive and distribute electric energy and control, protect and monitor circuits. In addition to being widely used in general power systems, it is also used in places with frequent operations.
61-40.5 switchgear is equipped with excellent performance ZN85A, ZN85B vacuum circuit breakers or Schneider SF1, SF2 or ABB HD4 or Als FP series sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers. The cabinet adopts an assembly structure, which improves the appearance quality and manufacturing accuracy, and has a complete “five-protection” function. This product complies with GB3906 “3~35kV AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear”, GB/T11022 “Common Technical Requirements for High-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Standards”, IEC60298 “AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment with Rated Voltages Above 1KV and Below 52KV”, IEC60694 “Common Terms for High-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment” and other standards.

II. Conditions of Use
- Upper limit of ambient air temperature: +40℃, lower limit: -10℃, daily average temperature does not exceed 35℃;
- Altitude does not exceed 1000 meters;
- Daily average relative humidity does not exceed 95%, and monthly average does not exceed 90%;
- Earthquake intensity does not exceed 8 levels;
- Daily average water vapor pressure does not exceed 2.2Kpa, and monthly average does not exceed 1.8kpa;
- Places without fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.

The insulation methods such as heat shrink and epoxy coating are used to optimize the electrode shape, making the cabinet structure compact and occupying a small area;
The cabinet structure is assembled with aluminum-zinc plates, and the circuit breaker adopts a trolley floor-standing structure;
It is equipped with a new composite insulation vacuum circuit breaker or sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker, and has the characteristics of good interchangeability and simple replacement;
The trolley frame is equipped with a screw nut propulsion mechanism, which can easily move the trolley and prevent damage to the propulsion structure due to misoperation;
All operations can be performed with the cabinet door closed.
The interlocking between the main switch, circuit breaker trolley, grounding switch and cabinet door adopts a mandatory mechanism locking method, which meets the “five protection” function and is safe and reliable. The functional compartments of the switch cabinet are separated by metal partitions, and the circuit breaker room, busbar room and cable room have their own independent pressure relief channels;
The switch cabinet structure has strong adaptability and diverse solutions to meet the requirements of different users;
The cable room has ample space and can connect multiple cables;
The shell protection level is IP3X, and the protection level is IP2X when the trolley room door is open;
