I. Overview
AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants, substations, factories and mines and other power users with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, and rated working current up to 3150A distribution system, as a power, lighting and distribution equipment for power conversion, distribution and control.
AC low-voltage distribution cabinet complies with IEC439 “Low-voltage complete switchgear and control equipment”, GB7251.1-2005 “Low-voltage complete switchgear” and other standards.
II. Environmental conditions

  1. The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, and its average temperature is not higher than 35℃ within 24h.
  2. Atmospheric conditions: clean air, relative humidity does not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40℃; higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at 20℃, but it should be considered that due to temperature changes, moderate condensation may occur occasionally.
  3. Altitude does not exceed 2000 meters.
  4. The device should be installed with a vertical inclination of no more than 5%, and the whole set of cabinets should be arranged relatively flat.
  5. The device should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact and corrosive substances.
  6. This device is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures: -25℃ to +55℃, and can reach +70℃ in a short time (no more than 24h). The device should not suffer any irreversible damage under these extreme temperatures, and should be able to work normally under normal conditions.
  7. If the above conditions of use cannot be met, the user and the manufacturer should negotiate to resolve.

III. Model and meaning

  1. Structural features:
    The cabinet of the AC low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts the form of a universal cabinet. The cabinet frame is assembled by partial welding of 8MF cold-bent steel. The cabinet frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by the designated steel production factory to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet. The parts of the universal cabinet are designed according to the modular principle and have 20-module installation holes. The universal coefficient is high, which can enable the factory to achieve pre-production, shortening the production cycle and improving work efficiency.
    The design fully considers the heat dissipation problem during the operation of the cabinet. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet heat up, the heat rises. It is discharged through the slot holes at the upper end, and the cold air is continuously replenished into the cabinet from the slot holes at the lower end, so that the sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation duct from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
    According to the requirements of modern industrial product design, the cabinet and the division size of each part are designed by the golden ratio method to make the whole cabinet beautiful and generous, with a new look.
    The cabinet door is connected to the cabinet frame with a rotating shaft hinge, which is easy to install and disassemble. A mountain-shaped rubber-plastic strip is embedded in the folding edge of the door. When closing the door, the strip between the cabinet frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent the door from directly colliding with the cabinet body and improve the protection level of the door.

The instrument door with electrical components is connected to the cabinet frame with multiple strands of soft copper wire, and the whole cabinet forms a complete grounding protection circuit.

The cabinet body surface paint uses plastic powder high-voltage electrostatic spraying, which has strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet is matte to avoid glare effect and create a more comfortable visual environment for the on-duty personnel.

The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary, which is convenient for the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.

The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and users can also choose between IP20~IP40 according to the requirements of the use environment.
