I. Overview
ZBW series box-type substation is a kind of factory-prefabricated indoor and outdoor compact distribution equipment that integrates high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformer and low-voltage distribution device according to a certain wiring scheme. It combines transformer step-down and low-voltage distribution functions organically and installs them in a moisture-proof, rust-proof, dust-proof, rodent-proof, fire-proof, anti-theft, heat-insulated, fully enclosed and movable steel structure box. It is particularly suitable for urban network construction and transformation. It is a new type of substation that has emerged after civil substation.
ZBW series modular substation has the characteristics of strong completeness, small size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and mobility. Compared with conventional civil substation, the area occupied by modular substation of the same capacity is usually only 1/10~1/5 of that of conventional substation, which greatly reduces the design workload and construction workload, and reduces the construction cost. In the distribution series, it can be used for ring network distribution system, dual power supply or radiation terminal distribution system, and is a new type of complete set of equipment for urban and rural substation construction and transformation.
This product complies with the standard requirements of GB/T17467-2010 “High-voltage/Low-voltage Prefabricated Substation”.

II. Environmental conditions:

  1. Ambient temperature: maximum temperature +40℃, minimum temperature -25℃; average temperature within 24 hours does not exceed +35℃.
  2. Ambient humidity: daily average is not more than 95%, monthly average is not more than 90%;
  3. Altitude: below 1000 meters;
  4. Earthquake resistance; horizontal acceleration of earthquake is not more than 0.4m/s2, vertical acceleration is not more than 0.2m/s2;
  5. Daily average water vapor pressure is not more than 2.2Kpa, monthly average is not more than 1.8kpa;
  6. The surrounding air should not contain obvious pollution such as corrosive or flammable gas, water vapor, etc.;
  7. There is no serious dirt and frequent severe vibration;

When used under conditions exceeding normal environmental conditions, the user and the manufacturer shall negotiate.

The basic structure of the box transformer is divided into “目” shape and “品” shape. The box frame is welded with high-quality channel steel and angle steel, which has high mechanical strength. The box body is made of aluminum alloy profiles, which has good corrosion resistance. The overall beautiful appearance can be coordinated with the surrounding environment after painting. The carefully designed bottom lifting device provides great convenience for installation, transportation and movement.
There are independent high-voltage room, transformer room and low-voltage room in the box transformer. The lighting of each room is automatically turned on when the door is opened. The high-voltage room is equipped with high-voltage ring network switchgear. The compressed air/vacuum load switch can be selected according to user needs, and it has “five protection” functions. When a current-limiting high-voltage fuse is used, when a phase fuse is blown, the load switch automatically opens, avoiding failures caused by phase loss.
The transformer room adopts natural ventilation and automatic controlled forced heat dissipation air cooling device, with an exhaust system that automatically controls with temperature changes, which can effectively control and reduce the temperature in the box to meet the operation requirements. According to user requirements, anti-condensation devices can also be used. According to user requirements, it can be conveniently entered and exited from the gate on both sides of the transformer room along the track. The box material can prevent rainwater and dirt from entering, and has the conditions for long-term outdoor use, ensuring anti-corrosion, waterproof and dustproof performance, long service life, simple maintenance and beautiful appearance.

The transformer can use dry or oil-immersed transformers. Oil-immersed transformers can choose two types of fully sealed with oil pillow and without oil pillow.

The low-voltage room has the overall function of low-voltage complete switchgear for users to choose and combine at will.

Shell material: The shell material includes composite board, stainless steel composite board, aluminum-zinc plate, stainless steel plate, and metal carved board.

Structural features: The high-voltage structure is reasonable and compact, and SF6, FZN57, and VHC ring network cabinets can be selected, all of which have five-party interlocking function.
The natural ventilation and automatic ventilation cooling system of the transformer can be applied to dry-type and oil-immersed transformers.

Low-voltage room: A variety of power distribution schemes can be adopted according to user requirements, including power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power automatic compensation, electric energy metering and other functions, and equipped with an automatic lighting system.
