I. Overview
AC low-voltage distribution panel is suitable for power plants, substations, factories and mines, etc., and is used for power, distribution and lighting in low-voltage distribution systems with AC 50HZ and rated working voltage not exceeding 380V.
The technical performance of this product meets the requirements of GB7251 and GB4720 standards.
II. Environmental conditions

  1. The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, and its average temperature within 24h is not higher than 35℃.
  2. Atmospheric conditions: clean air, relative humidity does not exceed 50﹪ at the highest temperature of +40℃; higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90﹪ at 20℃, but it should be considered that due to temperature changes, moderate condensation may occur occasionally.
  3. The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters.
  4. The inclination of the device from the vertical during installation does not exceed 5%, and the entire set of cabinets is arranged relatively flat.
  5. The device should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact and corrosive substances.
  6. The device is suitable for transportation and storage in the following temperature range: -25℃ to +55℃, and can reach +70℃ in a short time (no more than 24h). The device should not suffer any irreversible damage under these extreme temperatures, and should be able to work normally under normal conditions.
  7. If the above conditions of use cannot be met, the user and the manufacturer should negotiate to resolve the problem.

IV. Structural features:

  1. This product is a low-voltage power distribution device with open double-sided maintenance for indoor fixed installation.
  2. Its basic structure is welded with steel plates and angle steels. There is a door in front of the screen, and an openable instrument panel on the front of the screen can be installed with indicating instruments.
  3. There are partitions between the parallel screens, which reduces the possibility of expanding accidents due to reasons. The terminal screen can be equipped with a protective plate. The main busbar is installed on the insulating frame above the rear frame behind the screen. A protective cover is installed above the busbar to prevent the main busbar from falling from above.   4. This product has a good grounding protection system. The main grounding point is welded under the frame, and the instrument door also has a grounding point connected to the shell. This constitutes a complete grounding protection circuit. The reliability of this grounding protection circuit greatly enhances the product’s ability to prevent electric shock.
  5. The neutral busbar is set on the insulator below the screen. There is a protective paint layer inside and outside the shell, and protective plates can be added to the starting screen and the terminal screen.
  6. This product has reasonable structure, safe circuit configuration, good protection performance, high breaking capacity, good dynamic thermal stability, safe and reliable operation, etc. It is a new generation of low-voltage switchgear and power grid transformation product.
  7. Each main circuit scheme of this product corresponds to one or several auxiliary circuit schemes. Therefore, after selecting the main circuit scheme, the user can easily select the appropriate electrical schematic diagram from the corresponding auxiliary circuit scheme.
  8. The main circuit scheme is simplified, and the multi-circuit small motor control scheme is cancelled, making the main circuit scheme more reasonable, and truly making this product as power, distribution, and lighting in the power distribution system. For the control scheme of multi-circuit small motors, it is recommended to select the power box series products.
  9. This product has four screen widths of 400, 600, 800 and 1000mm. Each screen can be used as an independent unit, and can be combined into various different schemes with the screen as a unit, which is convenient for users to select and achieve the combination of the required schemes.
