I. Overview
YB series prefabricated substation is a compact complete set of power distribution equipment that combines high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, low-voltage electrical equipment, etc. It is used in urban public power distribution, industrial and mining enterprises, buildings, residences, mountainous areas, hotels, parks and construction sites, etc., as a distribution system to receive and distribute electrical energy.
It has the characteristics of strong completeness, small size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and mobility, and can realize ring network type and terminal type power supply mode. This product meets the requirements of GB/T17467-2010 “High Voltage/Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation” standard.
II. Environmental conditions:
- Ambient temperature: maximum temperature +40℃, minimum temperature -25℃; the average temperature within a 24-hour period does not exceed +35℃.
- Environmental humidity: daily average is not more than 95%, monthly average is not more than 90%;
- Altitude: below 1000 meters;
- Earthquake resistance: horizontal acceleration of earthquake is not more than 0.4m/s2, vertical acceleration is not more than 0.2m/s2;
- Daily average water vapor pressure is not more than 2.2Kpa, monthly average is not more than 1.8kpa;
- The surrounding air should not contain obvious pollution such as corrosive or flammable gas, water vapor, etc.;
- There is no serious dirt and frequent severe vibration;
When used under conditions exceeding normal environmental conditions, the user and the manufacturer shall negotiate.

- Product Design Features
High-voltage side
The high-voltage side of the prefabricated substation generally adopts load switch-fuse combination electrical protection. After any phase of the fuse is blown, the three-phase linkage tripping; the load switch is available in compressed air, vacuum, sulfur hexafluoride, etc., and can be equipped with an electric operating mechanism to achieve automatic upgrade; the fuse is a high-voltage current-limiting fuse with a striker, reliable action, and large breaking capacity. For transformers above 800KVA, vacuum circuit breaker protection can also be used.
Low-voltage side
The low-voltage side can use GGD, GCK, MNS, GCS and other switch cabinets as output units. The main switch on the low-voltage side uses a universal or intelligent circuit breaker. The outgoing line switch uses a new type of molded case switch, which has small size, short arcing, and flexible outgoing line; the intelligent automatic tracking reactive compensation control device has two switching modes of contactor and contactless for users to choose.
Transformer
The transformer uses low-loss, oil-immersed, fully sealed S9, S10, S11 series transformers, and resin-insulated dry transformers can also be used.
- The prefabricated substation consists of a high-voltage room, a transformer room and a low-voltage room, which can be arranged in a mesh or a pin-shaped pattern; 2. It has terminal, ring network or dual power supply modes; 3. It can be made into a power supply scheme for a single or double transformer; 4. Oil-immersed power transformers and dry-type power transformers can be selected; 5. The “five-protection” locking function is complete, the operation and maintenance are convenient, and the operation is safe and reliable. 6. The shell material is stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plate, composite plate, non-metallic material or a combination of the two. It has the characteristics of firmness, heat insulation ventilation, dustproof, moisture-proof, aging resistance, flame retardancy, and easy maintenance. 7. The top cover of the box is designed as a double-layer structure, and the interlayer is filled with foam plastic, which has a good heat insulation effect. The high and low voltage chambers are designed with independent top plates inside, and the transformer room is equipped with anti-condensation and automatic temperature control monitoring, heating, and cooling devices. 8. The box adopts natural ventilation, and forced ventilation equipment can also be added. Dust-proof devices are installed on the positions of the shutters on the outside of the door panels and side panels.
- The substation has perfect protection performance, convenient operation, high and low voltage metering can be selected, and automatic reactive power compensation devices can be equipped according to user requirements.
- Small size, light weight, beautiful appearance and environmental coordination
- The high-voltage ring network cabinet can be equipped with an automatic terminal (RTU) to achieve high detection of short-circuit level single-phase grounding faults, with “four remote” functions, which is convenient for distribution network automation upgrades.
