  1. Overview
    The low-voltage withdrawable switchgear consists of a power center cabinet (PC) and a motor control center cabinet (MCC). It is suitable for power systems with AC 50~60HZ and rated working voltage of 660V and below. It is used in power plants, substations, petrochemicals, metallurgy and steel rolling, light industry and textiles, and other factories and mines, residential areas, high-rise buildings and other places. It is used for power distribution, motor control and lighting and other distribution equipment for power conversion, distribution and control.
    The low-voltage withdrawable switchgear complies with the requirements of IEC439-1 “Low-voltage complete switchgear and control equipment” GB7251.1-2005 “Low-voltage complete switchgear” and other standards.
  2. Environmental conditions
  3. The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, and its average temperature is not higher than 35℃ within 24h.
  4. Atmospheric conditions: clean air, relative humidity does not exceed 50% at high temperature +40℃; higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature, for example 90% at 20℃, but it should be considered that due to temperature changes, moderate condensation may occur occasionally.
  5. Altitude does not exceed 2000 meters.
  6. The device should be installed with a vertical inclination of no more than 5%, and the whole set of cabinets should be arranged relatively flat.
  7. The device should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact and corrosive substances.
  8. This device is suitable for transportation and storage processes at the following temperatures: between -25℃ and +55℃, and can reach +70℃ in a short time (no more than 24h). At these extreme temperatures, the device should not suffer any irreversible damage, and should be able to work normally under normal conditions.
  9. If the above conditions of use cannot be met, the user and the manufacturer should negotiate to resolve.

IV. Structural features:

  1. The low-voltage switch cabinet is assembled from C-profiles. All structural parts of the cabinet frame are galvanized and firmly connected to form a basic cabinet frame through self-tapping locking screws or hexagonal bolts, and then assembled into a complete switch cabinet with doors, cover plates, partitions, mounting brackets, and busbar functional units corresponding to the scheme changes.
  2. The cabinet of the low-voltage switch cabinet is divided into three chambers, namely the horizontal busbar chamber (at the rear of the cabinet), the drawer chamber (at the front of the cabinet), and the cable chamber (at the bottom of the cabinet or on the right side of the front of the cabinet). The chambers are separated from each other by steel plates or high-strength flame-retardant plastic functional panels, and the upper and lower drawers are separated by metal plates with ventilation holes to effectively prevent arcing caused by faults of switch components or accidents caused by short circuits between busbars and other lines.
  3. The structural design of the low-voltage switch cabinet can meet the requirements of various inlet and outlet schemes: top in and top out, top in and bottom out, bottom in and top out, and bottom in and bottom out.
  4. With E=25mm as the module, the structural parts are highly versatile and flexible to assemble. The structures and withdrawable units can be combined arbitrarily to meet the needs of system design.
  5. The busbar is protected by a high-strength flame-retardant, high-insulation strength plastic functional board with anti-fault arc performance, making operation and maintenance safe and reliable.
  6. The mechanical interlocking mechanism of drawers of various sizes meets the standard requirements, with three obvious positions for connection, test and separation, which is safe and reliable.
  7. Standard module design is adopted: standard units such as protection, operation, conversion, control, adjustment, measurement and indication can be composed respectively, and can be assembled arbitrarily according to requirements.
  8. High degree of universalization and standardization, easy assembly. Reliable quality assurance.
  9. The protection level of the cabinet is IP30 and IP40, and can also be selected according to user needs.
