Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for three-phase four-wire and three-phase five-wire power systems with three-phase AC 50~60HZ, rated voltage 660V, rated current 4000A and below, for receiving and distributing electric energy. It is widely used in power distribution centers PC and motor control centers MCC in power plants, substations, factories, mines and high-rise buildings.
Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear complies with IEC439-1 “Low-voltage complete switchgear and control equipment” and GB7251.1-2005 “Low-voltage complete switchgear” and other standard requirements. - Environmental conditions
The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40℃ and not lower than -5℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35℃. If it exceeds, it shall be operated at reduced capacity according to actual conditions.
Atmospheric conditions, clean air, relative humidity at +40℃ cannot exceed 50%, higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature, such as 90% at +20℃, and the influence of condensation may occur occasionally due to temperature changes should be considered.
Altitude does not exceed 2000M
This device is suitable for transportation and storage in the following temperature range: -25℃ to +55℃, and does not exceed +70℃ in a short time (not more than 24h).
The device should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact and corrosive substances.

IV. Structural features
The basic cabinet frame of the switch cabinet adopts a modular structure of assembled materials. According to the needs of the primary circuit scheme change, necessary doors, sealing plates, partitions, mounting brackets and busbars, functional units and other parts are added to form a complete switch cabinet. The structural parts in the cabinet are all galvanized and modularly installed (module E=25mm). The switch cabinet panel is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate processed by CNC machine tools. The surface is pickled, phosphated and then electrostatically sprayed. It is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, with both strong mechanical strength and reliable grounding protection continuity.
The cabinet is divided into horizontal busbar room, vertical busbar room, functional unit room and cable room, all of which are isolated by steel plates. The functions of each unit are relatively independent and strictly separated to ensure safe use.
The cabinet drawers have three specifications: 200mm, 400mm and 600mm. The drawers have connection position, test position and separation position. Each drawer is equipped with a mechanical interlocking device with the switch; when the switch is disconnected, the drawer can be pulled out or inserted; when the switch is closed, the drawer cannot be pulled out or inserted. To prevent unauthorized operation, the operating mechanism can use a padlock to lock the switch in the disconnected position. Functional unit drawers of the same specification can be easily exchanged. Each functional unit drawer corresponds to 20 pairs of auxiliary contacts, which can meet the needs of remote operation control, electricity metering and automatic monitoring system with computer interface.
Key parts such as cabinet beams, unit partitions, component mounting plates and mounting supports are all made of aluminum-zinc coated plates, which can enhance their corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The cabinet door is electrostatically sprayed with epoxy powder. The cabinet protection level reaches IP30, ensuring the safety, maintenance, inspection, monitoring, overhaul and testing of staff.
