  1. Overview of Wall-mounted DC Panel

The wall-mounted power supply is designed by our company for small-capacity systems. It is suitable for small switch stations and small user substations. The system adopts an integrated design concept and consists of a rectifier module, a monitoring module, a step-down unit, a distribution unit and a battery installation box. It has the characteristics of small size, simple structure, and independent system. The monitoring module uses an LCD Chinese character menu display, which has perfect system monitoring and battery automation management functions. It has four remote interfaces connected to the automation system, provides two communication interface options of RS232 and RS485, and provides three communication protocols of RTU, CDT, and MODBUS.

  2. The module, monitoring unit and step-down unit all adopt a live plug-in structure, which is easy to install and maintain.
  3. Three 2.5A/220V and 4.0A/110V natural cooling modules can be installed.
  4. The step-down unit has an automatic silicon chain step-down function, with a current of 2A and an impact current of 30A/0.5S.
  5. The monitor uses LCD display, Chinese character menu, and key operation to realize system parameter setting, system working parameter display, system fault indication, and system calibration.
  6. The monitor has the function of automatic battery management.
  7. It provides two communication interface options, RS232 and RS485, and three communication protocols, RTU, CDT, and MODBUS, which can be connected to the power station automation system.
  8. The monitor realizes battery voltage, mother control voltage, mother control current, battery charge and discharge current, and module status detection.
  9. The power distribution unit provides 2 AC inputs (one PT power supply can be selected) and 3 feed outputs.
  10. The system automatically limits the output power when PT is powered.
